Our new billing system — with a simplified billing statement, enhanced payments, additional online account management capabilities, and more — launched in December, so your January 1, 2026 bill will have a new look.

 

You should have received an email from eLation/Innovative Solutions with a link to login to the new portal. You will need to set up a new account and create a new password. If you were enrolled in autopay using a credit or debit card, you will need to re-enroll in autopay.

• For our Georgia customers:  disconnects for non pay will occur on the 27th of the month (or next business day if the 27th falls on a weekend or holiday).

We’re here to help with account setup, autopay, and notifications.

 

If you were previously enrolled in autopay with Arriva using a credit or debit card, the new system requires a fresh authorization. Re-enroll in the eBill portal so payments continue without interruption. If you have not re-enrolled by January 8, 2026, your January 2026 invoice will not autodraft and you will need to make an additional payment to avoid disconnection.

The notice on the January 1, 2026, billing is Arriva’s annual notice to customers.  It gives our customers the opportunity to opt out of Arriva’s use of customer information.  Your CPNI is simply a collection of information indicating how you use your communications and information services. This information includes financial information, health information, Social Security numbers, geo location information, information pertaining to children, communication content, web browsing history, application usage history, or the functional equivalents of web browsing or application history.  Restricting the use of your CPNI does not affect the services you are currently enjoying. You could still be contacted about features or services which are not based upon your CPNI. Further, you could receive marketing contacts from us regarding additional product offerings related to the services to which you already subscribe or to market other benefits with your permission in the context of a customer service call.
