Update About Your Email Service

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our free email server, effective June 30, 2025 (residential) and December 31, 2025 (business). We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we are here to support you through this transition.

Why the change?

Maintaining and upgrading email server infrastructure has become increasingly complex and costly. To continue providing top-quality broadband and telecommunications services, we are shifting our focus and resources to better serve our community.

 

What does this mean for you?
Email address domains affected:

Service End Date: 

  • June 30, 2025 (residential)
  • December 31, 2025 (business)
Access to Existing Emails: You will retain access to your email account until the dates listed above. After this date, the server will no longer be accessible.
Email Backup: We recommend backing up any important emails and contacts prior to the shutdown date.
 

Next Steps

1. Set up a new email address

Transition to a free email provider such as Gmail or Outlook. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Gmail Setup Guide or Outlook Setup Guide.

2. Update your contacts

Notify friends, family, and business associates about your new email address. Don’t forget to update your information with commonly used services, such as:
    • Utility providers (electricity, water, gas)
    • Financial institutions (banks, credit unions, credit card companies)
    • Subscription services (streaming platforms, magazines, deliveries)
    • Online accounts (shopping sites, social media, cloud storage)
    • Medical providers and insurance companies
    • Schools, universities, and childcare providers
    • Government agencies (tax authorities, Social Security, DMV)
    • Employers and payroll systems
    • Memberships and rewards programs
We recommend sending an email to all of your contacts from your new email address and asking them to delete your old email address from their contact list. It may be prudent to send this email several times before June 30, 2025.

3. Forward important messages
