Get Ready for an Enhanced Billing Experience
We’re working hard converting to a new billing system to improve your experience, including a simplified billing statement, enhanced payment options, additional online account management capabilities, and more! Our new billing system launches in mid-December, so your January 1, 2026 bill will have a new look.
The 1st week of December, you’ll receive an email from eLation/Innovative Solutions with a link to login to the new portal. You will need to set up a new account and create a new password.
Use the above link to access the new online account portal after December 15, 2025 to pay your January bill.

If you currently use credit card autopay (not bank draft), the new system requires a fresh authorization. Re-enroll in the eBill portal so payments continue without interruption.

Services are billed one month in advance, and usage-based services like long distance are billed in arrears.
