Fiber is finally here! BTC (d/b/a Arriva Connect “Arriva”) was awarded over $8 million from the NTIA to bring fiber optic internet to YOU! To get you signed up on our new fiber network with GIG SPEEDS, we need to update your account information first. We will email you a new, updated application for fiber service to the email address you enter below. Once we have received your signed application, we will contact you for installation appointment availability*. Alternatively, you can contact our office at 662-983-4343 to provide this information or for more details on our build.
Because installation will require light construction and new equipment, install appointments may be several months wait time from the time you received your post card or door hanger. Our crews are working as fast as possible to deliver service to you; an adult will need to be on property the day of installation to give our install crew access to the home/business.
